If I can Just Focus 5 Keys to Sanity and Success eBook Ubong Ekpo
Definitely a book worth to read. The author is honest giving advice from personal point of view and it includes some tips and guidelines on how to organize your everyday life. It works both as a guide and motivation tool, however it dips a bit in both professional and personal world, while not really taking on one of them, which is a pity.Product details

If I can Just Focus 5 Keys to Sanity and Success eBook Ubong Ekpo Reviews
Bulgarian writer Ubong Ekpo is a featured author on the P.M.I Career section website and motivational speaker who has helped hundreds of people across America and Europe to discover and pursue life goals. From mentoring, life experience, study and building teams via corporate training, he has helped many individuals and Global teams build success. In response to questions about his first book THEA.R.T. OF MOTIVATION, he offered the following; `The first challenge was finding the fastest and most cost-efficient way to get the book published. Being a writer based in Bulgaria and targeting the US, Canadian and UK markets becomes a bit of a challenge. I was graced to discover the platform years before and the thought of just never left me. I was opportune to come across video and print material from Ryan Deiss and other people who had mastered the platform. Also bought books and read a ton of blogs from proven authors on how to handle each stage of publishing and marketing a book. This helped me overcome that challenge and know what to expect with Free days, the build-up, the aftermath, what to focus on etc. Another challenge was making sure the book catered to a wide audience as it is indeed written to an audience ranging from 9 year olds to Generation Xers. I overcame this challenge by comparing my thoughts and writing with other thoughts on the subject through personal interviews and communication with people across the Globe via Skype and Facebook, forums and I was pleasantly surprised to see that I did have a world view on the subject and the feedback I got enriched and completed the book even more. `
So now here he is with another successful little book IF YOU CAN JUST FOCUS, and in Yubi's typical style he mixes personal tales with his strategies for change. To attempt to reduce the content of the book to a review defeats the growth process obtained by reading it - alone, quietly and with all of your `focused' attention! His main points he distills as his designation for the key term in this book F.O.C.U.S. is ● Find it ● Own it ● Channel it ● Unity & Openness to Change ● Systems and habits. To go further with each of these salient points, take the opportunity to read the book for yourself and discover why you fail and how to overcome that dead end with sanity and success! "You don't need permission from anyone to start growing your own mind." ~ Ubong Ekpo
Lately I have found my mind to be more focused and this book gives clues why. It talks about how some relationships and projects should be abandoned in favor of those things that help you stay focused as you climb to the top. I think he mainly means toxic friendships or business relationships not that you should abandon your marriage relationship. I recently had a long time friend who kept demanding things of me. Finally when I didn't give him what he wanted he went away. I will say I feel so much less anxiety now. So the advice in this book seems very real and helpful to me in my current life.
This book has some information that entrepreneurs might want to read. It talks about what it takes to develop your innate abilities. Information in this book helped me see how disciplined you need to be to achieve any level of success. It does take work to live a balanced life and the fairy tale life is more than often not a reality for most people.
So even if you only get one or two things from this book it is worth reading. It would also be good to read this book before choosing a career.
~The Rebecca Review
Very open and engaging style of writing.
I also liked the story-telling elements, made it very easy to see the point while the reading being interesting at the same time.
It actually points some very relevant present-day ruts and some very handy measures for getting out and staying on track.
Definitely a good one, worth it.
